Ed Asner, known for his gruff but lovable character, Lou Grant, on the Mary Tyler Moore Show, was to star in the political comedy: GOD HELP US! this coming week in Muncie, IN, at Cornerstone Center for the Arts.
It will be rescheduled.
“We are disappointed, but look forward to rescheduling the play as soon as we are able to safely.” said Allison Bell, Cornerstone Center for the Arts CEO and President. “After consulting with the production company, the difficult decision to postpone the play was made in an abundance of caution.”
Other programming such as the educational and arts classes will continue as scheduled.
“Those who bought tickets to see GOD HELPS US! will get refunds,” she said. “GOD HELP US! will be rescheduled—hopefully soon.”
